+ Is this program safe for core / pelvic floor ?

It is, BUT this program is designed for Moms who have already followed a core & pelvic floor rehab program. If you haven't restrengthened your core after baby, or if you haven't addressed your Diastasis Recti or pelvic floor issues yet, then I recommend starting the journey with my Better Body after Baby program

+ What's the schedule?

Feel free to adapt the week according your your own schedule:

  • Monday = 35 to 45 min - dumbbell workout (full body, some cardio)
  • Tuesday = 10 min - quick core maintenance
  • Wednesday = 35 to 45 min - mini band workout (glute focused)
  • Thursday = 10 min - quick core maintenance
  • Friday = 35 to 45 min - flat band workout (arm focused)
  • Saturday = 15 min - hip and thoracic spine mobility
  • Sunday = 10 min - catch up day & meditation

+ What equipment do I need?

I try to keep things as inexpensive and simple as possible. Here's a short list of the equipment we'll be using:

(➜ Note that you can perform the routines without the mini band, use a pillow instead of the ball or yoga blocks, and use light dumbbells intead of the flat band)

+ What type of workouts do you offer?

You'll find low impact workouts (cardio, strength, stretching, mobility) that will vary in intensity.

+ How often will new workouts be offered?

4 weeks of new workouts released every month. You'll have access to a fully laid out calendar showing exactly what to do each day.

+ Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, there's no strings attached. Your membership can be canceled at any time from your account on the online platform. Once you cancel, your access will continue until the end of the billing period, then it will be closed with no renewal charge.
