My name is Julie Baird. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in Pre and Postnatal fitness, with a Masters Degree from the French University of Sport Sciences.
I'm a Mother of 2, and I know how hard it is to make time for ourselves, take care of the kids, and have a full time job. The goal is to make fitness accessible to busy Mothers through online programs where I support and guide them through their new fitness journey.
