Online Training Equipment

No equipment is necessary, so all you'll need is your body weight and your motivation to get an incredible workout. All circuits can be done in a small space. However, there are a few things I suggests for optimal performance and comfort during the routines.

Laptop, phone or tablet with an Internet connection

You need to have access to the workouts I designed for you.


Yoga mat

You may want to use a yoga mat for floor exercises. It will be more comfortable and will provide traction, making your planks and push-ups easier.

Watch or timer

It’s essential for keeping track of the work during your routines. The app I prefer to use is the Interval Timer Pro, which allows you to program your routines and save them for later. Use what’s most convenient for you.

Bottle of water

To stay hydrated during and after your workout


Note, a few exercises require a stable chair, pillow or scarf
