My name is Julie Baird. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in pre and postnatal fitness. I also have a Masters Degree from the French University of Sport Sciences. As a mom of 2, I know how hard it is to make time for ourselves, take care of the kids and have a full time job. I do my best to make fitness accessible to busy Mothers through online programs where I support and guide them through their new fitness journey.
I’m passionate about the women's body and its ability to adapt. Pregnancy and postpartum are specific and sensitive times in our lives. Unfortunately when it comes to information, you can find everything and its opposite online, especially with the growth in popularity of things like Crossfit. That’s why educating Mothers on the correct ways to work toward their goals while helping them get their flat tummy back and healthy pelvic floor function became a real mission for me.
Our family now lives and plays in Annecy, France, but I train women all over the world!
