Tracking your progress

Take full body photos from the front and profile so you can literally see the difference in how your body looks later. Take a picture every 4 weeks. You can also track your weight, but keep in mind that some changes may not be visible on the scale, but can be very visible in the mirror. When measuring your progress, it’s important that you take pictures or weigh yourself in a similar situation each time (so it’s not influenced by factors such as just finishing a meal or exercising).
